Payment Methods - We accept all major credit cards.


Priority U.S. Shipping- We ship within 2-3 business days of receiving order. Orders are normally shipped by Priority USPS.  The standard shipping fee is $8.95 to cover shipping & handling charges on website orders (insurance is included in this fee up to $100 declared value).  This fee applies to up to 3 “normal” sized knives.  Additional knives (and larger items) will be $10.95, or will be charged actual cost for shipping and handling, if more than $10.95. U.S. Priority delivery usually arrives within 2-4 days from ship-out. However, we cannot guaranteed delivery service performance.


International Shipping- We do not ship internationally at this time.


Shipping Insurance-
Insuring your shipment is encouraged! Shipping insurance will allow for replacement or refund of an item that has been lost or damaged during delivery. Cost of insurance is based on the declared value of the item and will be added to shipping and handling charges (for orders over $100 declared value).


Additional Shipping Services & Charges-

Any additional shipping services requested will be charged at actual cost (tracking, signature confirmation, etc.




Payment and Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us.  We make every effort to fully satisfy our customers.  PLEASE give us an opportunity to help you before your purchase.  We will gladly answer any questions regarding the item you wish to purchase.  We will send pictures of the actual item that you will receive.  


You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  We do not offer refunds for returned items. Replacement of the item or a store credit for the amount of the original purchase only. We do not refund shipping costs.


To be eligible for a return, you must notify us of your intention to return the item before sending it back.  The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging.  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. Once the inspection is complete and both the knife and box are determined to be the pristine condition as it was at shipment, we will contact you to determine if you wish to receive a replacement item or store credit for the amount of the original purchase.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and for a replacement item if chosen.
